Industry Dive Honored as Top Workplace and Red Hot Company
For the second year in a row, Industry Dive has been named one of The Washington Post's Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Based solely on employee feedback, the survey measured the quality of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
"Overwhelmingly, employees of the companies honored on The Post's Top Workplaces list not only value their workplaces culture, but they also feel confident in the direction that their companies are going," said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. "The standouts on this list excel because they focus on engaging their greatest asset: their people."
"Industry Dive isn't a finished product. There are things that we can and should improve. One of those things is not, however, the people. I'm grateful to work with each and every one of our employees. And I'm gratified that they feel the same way," said Industry Dive CEO Sean Griffey.
